The "Inspiration Weekend" is a month's long trip filled with events across Ghana. It began as a basketball tournament, introducing the students to the game and providing a platform for them to showcase their talent for future opportunities. Over the year the event has expended to include sports such as  volley ball, swimming, and water-polo along with various activities and events in schools, villages and communities across the country.

The organization has hosted its second annual three-day business and technology conference at the World Trade Center, Accra. The conference sought to create a pipeline for job creation, recruitment, training, certifications and provisions of resources for economic development. It included a career fair filled with Ghanaian and international companies, as well as panel decisions representing various disciples in the tech, business, STEM, sports and art worlds across various countries.

F.I.R.E.'s Impact trip and initiative has received endorsements from Mayor Eric Adams of New York City, the Ghana Tourism Authority and Beyond Initiative.
